Getting ready

The tickets are purchased, the Visa is in place, insurance is done..Blog set up...just marking time now till I'm off. Excited and scared but all in a good way. My main problem now is how I'm going to fit all my stuff in my backpack...it looked so big at first but seems to be shrinking each day :(  Oh well...will worry about that when the time comes. Have bought a mini laptop (so cute) and a new Panasonic Lumix camera - will get a Kindle in USA....what more do i really need?  um er...clothing, toiletries, shoes, wide screen TV...ok..maybe not...cancel the shoes..I'll go barefoot!
